Located atop The Trafalgar St. James in London, The Rooftop is one of the city’s most coveted outdoor destinations — offering iconic skyline views, a vibrant atmosphere, and a natural synergy with the world's leading luxury brands.

In partnership with London + Regional Hotels and Veuve Clicquot, we were appointed to lead a project designed to curate a new brand collaboration, develop a full rooftop immersive experience concept, and drive significant commercial uplift. The goal was clear: transform The Rooftop into a must-visit destination, increasing both venue footfall and Veuve Clicquot sales, while securing widespread media attention across food, drink, and lifestyle verticals.

THE TRANSFORMATION

With Veuve Clicquot’s bold, joyful spirit at the heart of the brief, we developed a complete new concept for The Rooftop: reimagining the venue through a vibrant, Champagne-led experience that celebrated rooftop living, indulgent brunching, and elevated daytime and evening gatherings.

This involved a full venue fit-out — from bespoke decor to branded touchpoints — and the creation of a food and drink programme that seamlessly incorporated Veuve Clicquot Champagne, building strong narrative ties between the brand and the guest experience. Every detail, from the colour palette to the cocktail recipes, was designed to embody a luxurious yet approachable energy, perfectly aligned with both The Rooftop and Veuve Clicquot identities.

Structured all food and beverage programming around key sales targets, resulting in significant uplift in Veuve Clicquot bottle and glass sales throughout the activation period.

Media Relations & Press Coverage
Led a targeted media relations campaign to drive press coverage across key food, drink, lifestyle, and luxury publications — positioning The Rooftop x Veuve Clicquot as a must-visit London experience. Coverage highlights included top-tier features and listings across national and lifestyle media.
